E-library (Library Catalog) 

The catalogue provides details on all items held in the library and where to locate them.

You can access our catalogue from on campus and off campus from any PC, laptop or portable device with internet connection. For off campus access go to: http://sierra-actvet.ankabut.ac.ae/

Searching the Catalog

Basic Search: You can search by author’s name or book title If you know them. You can also conduct a keyword search that will locate items based on words from the title or subject of the item. Results will include a call number where you can find the item on the shelves. Make sure you select your campus library from the drop-down list.

Power Search: The power search option allows you to combine search elements to refine a search or limit a search based on criteria configured by our library. It helps also limit your search by other criteria such as language, format and item type.

  • elibrary: multi-disciplinary full-text database

  • Safari: A range of IT & business e-books are available throughout ADVETI. This database includes thousands of books.

  • E-brary: a collection of e-books accessible directly online or through the library online catalog.
